General Statement
Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Warranties are non-transferable to a subsequent owner. Pictures or inspection may also be required. These warranties supercede all previous warranties. In some cases, there will be a pro-rated charge for the time the product was in use. All furniture should be stored in an upright position to allow for proper water drainage. Storing furniture upside down may cause water to accumulate and freeze inside the frame, leading to serious structural damage that is not covered by warranty.

Warranty on Resin Wicker
If the woven resin wicker fails structurally (i.e.breaks or unravels) or if the weave fades excessively under normal use or conditions and it falls within the warranty period, and identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement, OLI reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. OLI will pay within one year from the date of purchase, shipping costs in the continental United States to repair or replace the defective piece. After one year from the date of purchase, the original retail purchaser will be responsible for packing and shipping cost. The warranty covers only normal usage. No warranty applies to any condition resulting from misuse or abuse, or any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, storage or care. OLI does not warrant against damage caused by acts of nature, wind, exposure to extreme climate conditions, exposure to harsh chemicals, normal weathering, or scratching.

Warranty on the Frames of our Furniture
If the metal/wooden frame fails structurally (i.e., broken frame or welds) under normal use or conditions, and falls within the warranty period, and identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement, OLI reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. OLI will pay within one year from the date of purchase, shipping costs in the continental United States to repair or replace a defective frame. After one year from the date of purchase, the original retail purchaser will be responsible for packing and shipping cost. The warranty covers only normal usage. No warranty applies to any condition resulting from misuse or abuse, or any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, storage, or care. OLI does not warrant against damage caused by acts of nature, exposure to extreme climate conditions, exposure to harsh chemicals, normal weathering, scratching or chipping of the finish.

Warranty on Cushions and Fabric
OLI extends warranty coverage to the original retail purchaser that all cushions will be free from material and manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. Replacement fabrics may vary in color from the original due to dye lot differences. If within the warranty period identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement, OLI reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. OLI will pay within one year from the date of purchase, shipping costs in the continental United States to repair or replace a defective cushion or fabric cover. Additional warranty coverage is available from Glen Raven Custom Fabrics, LLC for Sunbrella® fabric constructed cushions. Commercial Product [Dijon Collection] Warranty Period:
Please refer to the above residential warranty information for specific details on the parameters of the warranty for our commecial-grade collection [The Dijon]. Products that are deemed Residential-Use do not qualify for a Commercial-Use warranty. The warranty time limits for products approved for commercial use are as follows:

Fabric: One Year
Woven Resin Wicker: Two Years
Aluminum Frames: Three Years

Residential Product Warranty Period:

Aluminum Frames: Two Years
Wooden Frames:  One Years
