The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee will begin on the day of delivery of your order.
The incredible quality of our patio furniture ensures your expectations will be met, so we confidently offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. You must return the furniture in the original unweathered condition and it must be packed with the original packing material, and placed in the original carton and pallet in order to prevent damage to the furniture in the event of a return. If the original pallet is not available, then the customer must palletize the furniture to the original specifications that the order arrived in, at customer's expense.
Unless the item is being returned due to shipping damages or defects in craftsmanship, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping charges.
The customer MUST contact us before returning any items to ensure that we can be on the lookout for these items. Failure to do so will result in the unauthorized return being refused.

We are proud to offer FREE WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY on every order. White glove delivery includes a 2-person delivery team and includes unpacking, furniture placement (up to a maximum of two flights of stairs), and removal of all packaging debris.
Due to the size and weight of our products, all orders will be delivered via freight line.
The delivery company will contact you prior to delivery in order to schedule a delivery appointment.
It is essential that someone be present to inspect and sign for the order—please make appropriate arrangements.
If the furniture appears damaged, please note this on the signature slip. If damage is severe, you may refuse delivery. In either event, please contact us immediately, so that we can remedy the situation for you.
Unless otherwise noted, please allow 2 – 4 weeks for the delivery of your order. This is a good faith estimate of delivery time. If you require a faster delivery method, please contact us prior to ordering for details – extra charges will apply.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for shipping or transit delays.
Defective or Damaged Items:
In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged or defective item, please follow the below procedures.
Defective:
- If you believe you have received a defective item, please email our customer support staff to assist you with troubleshooting your product before requesting a return.
- *Damage caused by accidents, abuse, poor handling, or normal wear and tear. Products which have been subject to unauthorized repair or modification, are all non-returnable.
- In the event the problems persist, our support team will authorize a RMA number and issue a return shipping label at no cost to you.
- In the event an item is returned and is not defective, or damage is caused because of normal wear and tear; additional repair fees up to 25 % may apply to the order in addition to return shipping fees.
Damaged Items:
If you determine that the product has been damaged after the delivery company has left you must report any damage within 2 days of receipt. This will allow us to file a claim with the shipping company to replace or repair your merchandise. Failure to follow this requirement could result in you having to incur replacement cost for damaged items. Please keep all packaging materials to be used in the claims process with the shipping company. Some items may require product photos for damage claim processing. You will be notified at the time your return is requested whether the merchandise requires damage photos.

IMPORTANT: Please note that orders can only be cancelled before they ship. Only orders cancelled within 12 hours of order placement can be cancelled free of charge. Once an order ships and you wish to cancel, you will be refunded the price of your order less all restocking fees and related shipping charges, and cushion production fees that we have already incurred. Unless an order arrives damaged, refusing an order is also subject to restocking fees and a deduction of round trip shipping charges from your refund. We cannot cancel an order unless we receive your request in writing to

Errors and Omissions:
This site reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing changes, pricing errors, omissions, mistakes, or for any other reason. While we make every effort to satisfy every customer and fill every order, occasionally we make a mistake on our website regarding pricing, in-stock status of a product, or description. In these instances customer service will notify you of the mistake and ask if you would like to cancel the order or proceed with the correct pricing or information.
- Sales Tax: Is collected only on orders delivered to Pennsylvania.
- Payment: Is made first - then your order is processed and shipped. This process protects us against fraud. By reducing fraud risks, we are able to keep our prices controled. By placing your order with us, you are agreeing to this policy. You can order & pay by credit card or Paypal online or you can place an order over the phone. In addition, you can mail us a check (contact us for details). Orders that are paid for via check will not be processed until the check has cleared.
